The Strengths Deck

Your purchase goes to support our i.d.lumination for education work. This includes providing free workshops to students and young adults including workshop materials, and a strengths deck of their own!!

Hiding who we are hurts us, others, our communities, and the organizations that we engage with. By accepting our full story, understanding and using our strengths, and knowing when we are overusing skills that drain us, we get to bring our whole selves to all we do to make an impact. The i.d.lumination process helps us answers the questions:

• Who am I inherently intended to be?
• What has the external world taught me to do/be?
• How does my brain uniquely think about and approach life?

While our process uses many tools to help identify these answers, the character strengths are one of the most powerful tools in our toolkit and in yours. We hope that you find this card deck helpful in your journey.
